Something about RAMEN , told by Sumire.
  
RAMEN is a very popular food in Japan. As I see the photo, some items are slightly different from the ordinarily Japanese RAMEN.

The wedge lemon is often on the other Asian noodle, like Thai or Vietnamese. I personally like lemon on the noodle, though. The meat looks like chicken, but in Japan meat is pork.

The Ramen restaurant is all over Japan. Each shop has their individuality. The most important thing is how they make the soup stock. The secondary is the noodle. 

To make the Ramen at home is ... a bit difficult. The soup is important. And to make such a complicated soup at home is too much. So we usually, eating out. Only the exception is the instant Ramen. But it is the different story.
